Prince Gwynllyw of Powys
(Born c.AD 505)
(Latin: Gundleus; English: Woolos)

Gwynllyw was the son of Prince Tegid ap Cadell and Gwawr, the daughter of Lord Ceredig ap Cynfelyn ap Meirchion ap Ceredig. He married and had a son named, Bugi, the father of St. Beuno; though nothing else seems to be known about him. He should not be confused with King Gwynllyw Farfog of Gwynllwg.

Records of Gwynllyw date back to the 12th century. He is generally considered apocryphal.
